Edits the Input Icons of the larger keys to fit within the normal 24x24 size, to prevent some UI issues that occur due to assumptions, such as the Title Screen's confirm/cancel text.
Specific keys affected:
- Shift
- Caps Lock
- Ctrl
- Backspace
- Spacebar
- Blank Fallback
This also affects the "pressed" of the keys.
