Lucille Everywhere (1.2.0)

Adds a difficulty option in the settings menu. You can choose between NORMAL, HARD, and CHALLENGE. Nerfs LUCILLE's support slightly. Adds a new skill, STARTING SHOT. Random chance to deal huge damage at the start of battle. Adds new anti-softlock measures, including an idle animation for LUCILLE. Adds more dialogue, of course. Adds a new button. Pressing the L key while LUCILLE is recruited will play her dialogue.
