Adds a joke referencing the other omori mod called "BLUE HOURS", all credits go to Pure/_Lotus_01 who is the current owner of the mod and the one who allowed me to make this update.

The update replaces all of the "MISERABLE" text in the game by "0000ff 3600s" (it means "blue" and "hour"), this includes the miserable status effect text and UGLY miserable sprites for OMORI and UNBREAD TWINS.
